   挤塑板阻燃剂的分解温度是在实验室条件下、等速升温时测定的,所以数值的高低就是表示其稳定性能的好坏,并代表其在生产过程中的实际分解温度。另外由于回料杂质对分解的影响以及停留的时间等因素的影响,因此选择阻燃剂的分解温度至少要高于设备的比较高加工温度20℃以上。

六溴环十二烷阻燃剂是比较有效的阻燃剂,但是普通型的六溴环十二烷很容易分解。根据国内外挤塑板生产厂家的经验来看,挤塑板必须使用热稳定型六溴环十二烷,阻燃剂的分解会放出强腐蚀性的溴化氢气体,严重腐蚀设备,使挤塑板的阻燃性随着溴化氢挥发而逐渐衰减,但分解温度也不是越高越好,要和板材的燃点相匹配,一般国产设备使用阻燃剂分解温度在240℃比较合适。

       母粒挤塑板阻燃剂是阻燃剂加上塑料载体、分散剂经过挤出机加热制成颗粒,其中阻燃剂成分会占到40%-50%,母料的分散性好、使用卫生无粉尘,但是缺点是使用成本高,阻燃经过一次热加工后不可避免的会有一定损耗,如果母粒中阻燃剂选用的是不耐温的普通型六溴环十二烷,也同样存在分解失效,腐蚀设备的问题。

粉状阻燃剂使用时间最早,也是应用比较为广泛的,它的优点是经济性好、阻燃效果好,缺点是与塑料颗粒比重不同,容易分层,粉状阻燃剂在使用时要注意混合设备的选择,避免出现沉降分层。另外阻燃剂一定要选择稳定性好的阻燃剂,国内生产的六溴环十二烷必须要经过树脂表面包覆处理才可以直接使用。

Generally, domestic equipment is used The decomposition temperature of flame retardant is 240 ℃.

The flame retardant of masterbatch extruded board is made of flame retardant, plastic carrier and dispersant, which are heated by extruder. The composition of flame retardant will account for 40% - 50%. The masterbatch has good dispersibility and no dust. However, its disadvantage is high cost. After one-time hot processing, the flame retardant will inevitably lose a certain amount. If the flame retardant in masterbatch is ordinary type VI, which is not resistant to temperature Bromocyclododecane also has the problems of decomposition failure and equipment corrosion.

Powder flame retardant has the earliest use time and the most extensive application. Its advantages are good economy and flame retardant effect. Its disadvantages are different from the proportion of plastic particles and easy to layer. When using powder flame retardant, attention should be paid to the selection of mixing equipment to avoid settlement layer. In addition, the flame retardant with good stability must be selected, and the hexabromocyclododecane produced in China can only be used directly after resin surface coating treatment.
